They were very caring because the tree branches were big & heavy and hung over my house. I had the tree trimmed back because of many dead and infected branches to what was alive and healthy as they recommended in order to give the tree a good chance of many more years. Rocky's Tree Service is an awesome company, Raphael AKA Rocky is very professional, very fast, and very clear on what his prices would be. I got three bids to get a palm tree removed, one was $300 another was $575 and Rocky came in at a whopping $220. He and his crew also did some extra stuff just since he was there and saw that it needed to be trimmed, like my front yard tree.
